  3. Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

  4. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, if available, to track the progress of your shipment.

  5. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs procedures or unforeseen transportation issues.

  1. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

  2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  5. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned product is received and processed.

  6. Damaged or defective products: In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days. We will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.

  7. Non-returnable items may include digital products, gift cards, and personalized or customized products.
