These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by BornAlphaGym to its customers and form a legally binding agreement between the Company and its Members. By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use our services.

membership & Access

Membership at BornAlphaGym is available to individuals aged 16 years or older.

Members are granted access to our gym facilities during designated operating hours. The Company reserves the right to modify operating hours, temporarily close the facilities for maintenance or events, or restrict access to certain areas of the gym as deemed necessary. Membership fees are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used membership periods, unless otherwise specified in applicable consumer protection laws.

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards other members, staff, and guests of BornAlphaGym. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership. Members must comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by BornAlphaGym regarding facility usage, equipment, safety, and hygiene.Members are responsible for ensuring the proper use of equipment and facilities, reporting any damages or malfunctions promptly to gym staff.

Health & Safety

Members are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and determining the suitability of any exercise or fitness program offered by BornAlphaGym. It is recommended that you consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program.

Members must use the gym facilities and equipment in a safe manner, following all instructions and guidelines provided by BornAlphaGym staff.

The Company shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur as a result of using our facilities or participating in our fitness programs, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Personal Belongings

BornAlphaGym does not assume responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought into the gym premises. It is recommended to use the lockers provided and secure personal items properly.

Cancellation & termination

Members may cancel their membership by providing notice to BornAlphaGym in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined in the membership agreement.

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend a membership in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, misconduct, non-payment of fees, or for any other reason deemed necessary by the Company.

Limitation of Liability

BornAlphaGym shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its facilities, equipment, or services.
